What happens when I buy online?

1. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments

2. Confirmation

After you’ve made a payment, we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on 99293959

3. Delivery

To protect both our customers and staff, we have made some changes to how we deliver. We continue to review these changes in line with current guidance.

Order by typically takes 24 to 72 hours.

 If possible, please let us know where your order can be left if you are out.

4. Returns

If you suspect your wine is corked or faulty, then please contact us on 9929 3959. We’ll arrange for the out-of-condition GIN to be collected and a replacement is given. If we no longer have stock of the GIN, a credit for the original purchase price of the bottle can be arranged.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for a refund or replacement. 

We are happy to credit you for any GIN which has not been opened and remain in perfect condition. Please contact us to arrange a collection and refund. 

Can I collect my order?

Collections are available from The Guard Limited, 8, Triq il-Luq, Zabbar, ZBR4100, Malta. You’ll be able to choose the collection option at checkout. Please allow one working day for us to process your order.
